SWTOR - Earn Credits With PvP
SWTOR has a cool PvP system and nevertheless its rewarding.
Your goal as a PvPer is to build your ranking system, obtain higher level gear and of course smash your opponents faces with ease.
Upon exiting the Warzone, you earn rank points, PvP currency and credits.
But you already know that, right? I can tell you that these credits will suffice for your PvP needs, meaning upgrading your gear and customise it to your needs.
But if you are still reading this post, then you are not here for just being suffice.
One trick I found while building my valor rank, was that I could camp a chest in Ilum or any other high level place, preferably at 50 and loot it every time I was exiting the warzone.
Now the cool thing about it, the average match lasts 15 minutes and the respawn timer of the chest is just 10 minutes! Yes you heard right.
Every time you end your PvP battle, there will be a chest waiting for your with 4-5k credits and usually a green item in it.
Although this won't make you a millionaire in a second and it's kinda 'labour' work as a I like to call, it's a good start for making some decent cash while PvPing.
Don't forget you need a Capital before you can move to heavier investments.
You may be thinking now, "What? Your advise is camping a chest?" It's not camping, its occasionally looting a chest.
In all the games I 've played, I was trying to mix the chores together, so they will fade into the 'happy hour-gaming'.
Nevertheless, this is just the start.
So far we are earning a steady amount of credits from PvP (4-5k) + a steady amount from the chest (4-5k), about 8 to 10 thousands of credits every 15 minutes.
That's 32k to 40k an hour! No bad huh? But the true power of this tactic isn't on the chest.
It's on the small pause you get every 15 minute.
PvP gives the possibility to do various things during your queue times in addition to raiding that you get couple of 5 minutes breaks just to cover your physical needs.
The power lies onto your crew, the people that do the chores while your enjoy the rest of the game.
I am a big fan of earning cash through skills.
You gather the materials, craft them and sell them through the Galactic Trade Network.
Especially now that you can gather the materials by just clicking 3 times every 30-45 minutes, it's even easier than ever! So while PvPing, you are steadily earning the "Capital" we talked about and re investing it immediately to your crew skills, while keeping a steady income to your self.
That way at the end of the day, you will be able to craft items with your crew skills and forward them through the trading system for even bigger earnings.
You may ask your self again, why not just do this thing while PvPing and cut the story with the chest? While this may a correct way of thinking, with the chest you maximise your earnings per hour, costs you nothing and gives you a 'pillow' to fall on if your investments were terribly bad.
