How to Change Working Time in Microsoft Projects
- 1). Click the "Start" button in the lower-left corner of your screen, then select "Programs" or "All Programs."
- 2). Scroll to "Microsoft Office" and select it, then click "Microsoft Project."
- 3). Click "Tools" at the top of the screen, then select the "Options" item.
- 4). Select the "Calendar" tab at the top of the window.
- 5). Change the "Default Start Time" and "Default End Time" to match your project's schedule. Note that you can also configure the weekly and monthly schedule from this menu. Click the "OK" button when you are done.
