Let's talk about sex! Notice, how deeply are you breathing?Do you tend to hold your breath when making love with your partner? Breath is an essential tool in love-making.
Only when we are fully breathing do we get back into our bodies and become able to enjoy our yummy sensuality.
Breathing takes us deeper and deeper into ourselves and allows us to experience the bliss of physical intimacy.
If you look at babies, they breathe with their whole bodies and they freely express all of their emotions.
That's why children are so full of energy and have that amazing look of wonder on their faces-'What's next? I want to enjoy more of life!' The older we become, the shallower our breath gets, and we cut off from some of our feelings.
If you want to experience more pleasure during love-making, breathe deeply into your belly and allow all of the emotions to come up.
How do you start your love-making? Quite often people act very habitually and jump straight into sexual stimulation.
And it can be sexually arousing, but it's very hard to create deep connection between lovers who are already going full steam ahead.
It's essential to create a connection before going into sex and to become attuned to each other so that you both feel what the other needs and desires.
Then lovemaking becomes a dance, a beautiful and connected dance of love.
The best way to create a connection is by breathing together and eye-gazing.
You can sit or lie down facing each other and breathe, synchronising your breathing patterns.
Look deeply into each other's eyes and let the other one see you in all your beauty, power and vulnerability.

    This will draw your attention to the current moment and relax you.
    You will slow down and experience all the subtleties of your sensations, expanding your sensuality and sexual pleasure.
    Deep belly breathing will help you to circulate your sexual energy around your body to allow you to experience full body orgasm.
    It would help to ask your man to breathe deeply as well and slow down.
  3. Appreciate the Unique Beauty of Your Body.
    In the morning, stand in front of a full-length mirror and spend some time seeing yourself in your feminine beauty.
    Breathe deeply into your hips, notice your curves and the delicious power of your hips, and find a part that you like about your body.
    Focus all your attention on that part, forget anything that doesn't survive your scrutiny.
    Breathe into that part and expand the sensuality through your body.
