Corn Roaster Directions
- 1). Plug the roaster into a standard three-prong outlet. Preheat the roaster by twisting the centrally located knob. Standard roasting temperatures range from 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 2). Watch the light indicator directly above the knob. When the indicator turns on, the roaster is fully heated to your specified temperature.
- 3). Slice corn kernels off the cob. Shave a maximum of 18 quarts of corn. A standard roasting machine pan holds 18 quarts. Pour corn into the machine's roasting pan.
- 4). Pull the lid off the roaster and place the pan onto the roasting rack. Place the lid back on top of the roaster and cook for as long as your recipe recommends. If you do not have a recipe, roast corn at 400 degrees, checking every five minutes. Roast until the corn is tender.
