Acid fruits are pineapples, pomegranates, kiwi, cranberries, citrus, strawberries and sour apples.

Sub-acid fruits are peaches, cheri-moyas, sweet apples, sweet cherries, blackberries, raspberries, pears, figs, mangos, apricots, papayas and blueberries.

Sweet fruits are persimmons, bananas, melons and grapes.

Seeds are pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, squash seeds and sunflower seeds.

Nuts are beechnuts, pecans, hickory, almonds, macadamias, pistachios, Brazil nuts, pine nuts, walnuts, cashews and hazelnuts.

Dried fruits are prunes, cherries, apples, bananas, dates, figs, apricots, cranberries and dates.

Oily fruits are coconuts, olives and apricots.

    Considerations

    • Eat only when you are hungry. Eat any quantity that you desire until you feel full.

Never eat different types of fruits together. Allow 90 minutes to two hours to elapse before switching to a different fruit type. If you are still hungry after eating one fruit type, continue to eat more of the same fruit type until you are full.

Eat small amounts of dried fruits and seeds. Stop eating dried fruits and seeds while you are still hungry for them.

You will not have to drink water when you are observing a total fruitarian diet. All your water needs will be met through the assimilation of fruits in your body.

Follow the recommended daily plan for optimum health.

Eating olives, avocados, raw cashews and chestnuts, lemon juice, coconuts, bananas, Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, almonds and pine nuts anytime throughout the day is permitted. However, you should still follow the guidelines before switching from one food group to another.
