There is less time for us to think everyday, and if we specify a time to do it. Even the people who is good at thinking doesn't have sufficient time to think deeply. In spite of this, running can change this situation. During jogging, there is time follow our ideas to get down. And the telephone does not ring and the customer does not visit. Even if only 20 minutes, we also could regard that time as our time. As long as we like, we can use the time to consider our special issues. I am writing books about general games, intelligence games and people's intelligence, and in this time I often use running to handle my own problems. It is a difficult work, and I am not good at using pen and paper. However as long as I am wholly absorbed, I will have a great achievement. Nevertheless, when I am running I like carrying ponder. So the style of free ponder is much more crucial than the contents of the matters.
Some people don't want to face with the whole problems. When they are running, they can feel completely relax and have much time to think about their life. Running is a style of good movements which can make people recover from the exhausted issues.
Jogging has to follow your own pace of life. In the majority of our life, we for all time feel pain for others timetable. Running can help us get rid of this kind of situation. There is no limitation for the runner. We can run in a fast speed and a slow speed. We can run by ourselves, and we may jog with best companies. The group running is helpful to change the boring mind, and can increase the point of view of running. Running in the group can strength the morale, confidence, creativity and happy mood. If you have much time you'd better go to the physical club. This kind of sport not only can exercise the body but also can make friends. We may be out for the whole week, or we are out for a few days or less. We could ponder the problems, and just jogging without any questions. The whole matters are completely along with us. Besides, we can change the contents by our needs and interests. The manager of the national institute of mental health found that the rhythm is like our flesh and blood, and it is an integral part of our figures. So, running can accord the pace to adjust our life. When our rhythm is at low ebb, we can run carefully. That is jog in a small time and in a slow speed. When we feel energetic and will strong, we can test ourselves. We could run up the steep hills, and go to the streams. We also can skip a falling tree. The only we should do is to running without any hesitation. Regardless of anything we needs at present, jogging could give us the key.
The true need of the human can be provided by the running. Jogging can not be ended in a short time. If you are always in a parallel rate of march, you can not see your progress. You'd better shift the jogging style in your daily life.
