    • 1). Get a complete and total physical. You should do this to rule out any conditions that could be causing you to feel excessive fatigue. Make sure that you discuss your symptoms with your physician as well as how long these feelings have been manifesting.

    • 6). Go for a stroll. Take a quick stroll around the block. Not only will this invigorate you but it will also give you a bit of exercise.

    • 7). Relieve stress in your life. In case you didn't know, stress is one of the leading causes of fatigue. Therefore, do your best to relieve stress as much as possible. This can be done by practicing meditation, yoga, etc.

    • 8). Wear bright colors. Many believe that color therapy helps to improve energy levels. Try bright colors like orange and yellow.

    • 9). Try herbal concoctions and minerals. Some researchers believe that people who are fatigued are lacking the mineral magnesium or potassium. Other medical professionals recommend taking Bearberry, Uva Ursi, Green Tea and Ginseng however you should only take these after consulting with your medical professional.

      Know your limits. Everyone experiences fatigue at one time or another however if you push yourself outside your limits, you are likely to make the situation worst. Therefore, learn to rest and pace yourself so that you can re energize your mind and your spirit.
