Coco Jones plays Roxie in the Disney Channel Original Movie Let it Shine. Roxie is a flashy singer who is at the height of popularity. When she holds a contest to find a new up and coming star, she is surprised and happy to find a deserving winner in a young man named Kris who she knew growing up. However, she doesn't realize that she's crowned the wrong victor; it's really Kris' best friend Cyrus who wrote the winning song.

As she spends time with both of them, she starts to feel like something is off, both in them and in her own career.
