End Processes

• 1). Press the Ctrl, Shift and Escape keys to open the Task Manager.
  
  
• 2). Click the "Processes" tab of the Task Manager.
  
  
• 3). End the following processes. To end a process, right-click the process and select "End Process."

  7339880.exe
  
  pcdefender.exe
  
  install.exe
  
  
• 4). Close the Task Manager.
  
  

Delete Registry Values

• 1). Click "Start," type "regedit" into the search field then press Enter to open the Registry Editor.
  
  
• 2). Delete the following registry values. To delete a registry value, right-click the value then select "Delete." Be careful to delete only the listed values, as deleting the wrong value can cause system-wide errors.

Unregister Dynamic Link Libraries (DLLs) and Delete Files

• 1). Click "Start," type "cmd" into the search field and press Enter to open the Command Prompt.
  
  
• 2). Type the following commands into the Command Prompt. Press Enter after each command.
  
  regsvr32 /u ieocx.dll
  
  del 1234.exe
  
  del 7339880.exe
  
  del ieocx.dll
  
  del pcdefender.exe
  
  del winpc defender.lnk
  
  del install.exe
  
  
• 3). Close the Command Prompt.
