Lie in a prone position on the floor.
If your floor is concrete it is advisable to use a floor mat.

Put your hands under your body specifically near the upper chest region.
The suggested distance to do it safely is a shoulder width apart.
3.
Lift yourself up by pushing the floor using your arm muscles.
Avoid putting the pressure on your wrist.
As you do it you should create a straight line from the head down to your feet.
4.
Lower your torso to the floor but without touching it.
Stop when your elbows already make a 90 degree angle.
5.
As you reach this point, lift your body up again by pushing the floor until you create that straight line mentioned in step 3.
6.
Repeat steps four and five several times.
In the beginning you will only be able to do a few repetitions.
As you get used to it you will be able to do more which is what you need to reduce chest fat.
