If you feel like eating fries with loads of gravy and cheese, opt for healthy apple or potato chips that have no sodium and little additives.
Always read the label, they are your best friends.
If you can't pronounce anything, or if the list of ingredients is more than you think is reasonable, put it down.
For example, my favourite brand of chips consists of 4 ingredients, potatoes, olive oil, sea salt, rosemary.
