Avoidance Behavior Due to Anxiety? Change the Fear Factor

Have you or anybody you know been dealing with anxiety and social panic attacks? How about the feeling of losing control or going insane? Maybe the overwhelming fear that the anxiety will push you over the edge.
Please take comfort in the fact that "you are not alone".
Possibly you are familiar with my story: I have been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks since I was about 15-16 years old.
I was on 2 medications, 1 on a daily basis, and one on an as-needed basis.
I had been using this method for quite a long time, and it seemed to work well enough for me to cope just fine, for the moment.
After 20 years I had become very efficient at avoiding any situations that made me uncomfortable, and usually was able to prepare ahead of time for anticipated anxious/panic related situations.
The idea that I might have an attack was always lingering in the background, and I always tried to plan accordingly.
My past full blown panic attacks seem to always be socially related, causing rapid heart rates, fear of losing control, sometimes even facial blushing.
Embarrassment was always soon to follow.
Whomever you are with at the time, is quite aware that something is wrong.
Admittedly, there was never any apparent reason for me to be anxious, but at times, I would propel myself into a panic state of mind just by worrying about it.
The potential was still always there, but like I mentioned before, I had become very crafty at avoiding uncomfortable moments for the most part.
Well, that's my condensed story, as there is much to tell after 20 years.
Does this story sound familiar? Don't be a prisoner to your irrational fears any longer.
Learn to break the fear of having another panic attack, or you will never experience complete freedom from anxiety.
There is one major factor that is the difference between those who fully eliminate panic attacks from their lives and those who do not.
That major component is not medication, it is not lifestyle changes, or relaxation exercises.
It is when the individual no longer "fears the thought" of having a panic attack..
There is a simple technique that can turn your life around.
You can reverse the fear that has been burned into your memory.
This technique can stop (in its tracks), that vicious cycle that starts as apprehension, then escalates into concern, just before anxiety takes over.
Inevitably, without this proven technique, anxiety will most likely lead to panic.
Imagine for a moment if you will, planning your day without fear or anxiety.
Trusting that your body is not in any danger whatsoever, and there is no risk for embarrassment.
Going about your daily activities without lingering thoughts of anxiety.
Beginning the process of improved relationships, soaring confidence, and being able to take advantage of opportunities that you would of, in the past, put on the back burner.
It's simple...
it's effective, and it is time.
It is your time! Anxiety and panic attacks can be controlled and eliminated with the right frame of mind, a positive frame of mind.
Change the way you think, and eliminate the fear.
Think positive!
