Get Motivated and Excited Again

We have all had a moment in time when we were sitting on top of the world.
Take a moment and think back to when you were.
What was life like for you then? What were you excited about? By thinking back to those times, I bet you got a flashback of how happy and motivated you were at that time in your life.
So what happened from then to now that you have lost that happiness or motivation to keep you going in life? Maybe you don't have that motivation because you can't seem to get past all the wrong or bad that is going on in your world right now? Maybe all it takes is putting a thought of what is to come to get you going again.
When you were on top of the world you made a decision to do something great for yourself or others.
Maybe it was you decided to get married, open a new business, buy a home, or start having children.
Those were some things that kept you going for quite some time because it was a process to achieve them.
Maybe you even had some struggles during the process, but you knew what you were working towards so those struggles didn't stop you from moving past them and staying motivated.
To help you get motivated again think of all the things you want in life.
No matter how big or small the idea or thing is, never loose sight of it.
Keep it in your head at all times.
Maybe find a picture of it and put it in a place you will see it several times a day.
Get yourself excited about having it in your future.
Don't ever say to yourself that you will never be able to have it.
Stay focused to knowing you will.
Once you realize and convince yourself you are worthy of having those things, you will be able to get excited about the process of having them.
As you work towards getting those things, stay motivated.
There may be struggles along the way, but keep moving.
For action will create a substance and standing still will cause it to turn mute.
Another way to stay motivated during these trying times is to take a few moments out of your day and ponder on all things great in your life.
Although you may be going through a really hard time, there is always something "right" in your life.
And if you could stop and think for just a moment I am sure you could think of several great things you have that make you happy.
Always keep those things or people in your thoughts every chance you get.
That will keep you thinking of more of the positive things in your life and not the negative things.
Positive things will keep you motivated and negative things will only leave you at a stand still.
Staying motivated will get you out of all your bad situations.
Staying focused on what your desires in life are will keep you moving towards them.
Always make the decision to move.
If you are feeling down, a great way to clear your head is to get moving.
Take a walk, jog, listen to up-beat music and dance around your living room! It really works.
But stay focused on the "wants" in your life.
When you choose to get motivated, you choose happiness and all that is good in life.
And life my friend is very good.
