The guy in the back row is shaking his head from side-to-side; evidently this apt manager knows something the rest of us do not: What then is this( mock) participant trying to say? The motivational component necessary to get your employees to work harder is recognition.
Imagine working day in and day out collecting your check wherein no one recognizes your efforts.
Therefore in order to keep the workforce manageable and productive requires the component of favorable recognition.
Since you may be a team leader within your company it is safe to assume you probably have no control in what salaries are established; however, you can achieve some results in how the employee is favorably recognized for his or her efforts.
