Windows 7 and Vista

• 1). Access the "Start" menu.
  
  
• 2). Right-click on "Computer" and choose "Properties".
  
  
• 3). Go to the left hand side of the screen and click "Remote Settings".
  
  
• 4). Click the "Remote" tab.
  
  
• 5). Enable the option that reads, "Allow Remote Assistance Connections To This Computer".
  
  
• 6). Under "Remote Desktop", select the second or third option.
  
  

Windows XP

• 1). Access the "Start" menu.
  
  
• 2). Right-click "My Computer" and select "Properties".
  
  
• 3). Go to the "Remote" Tab.
  
  
• 4). Enable the option that reads, "Allow Users To Connect Remotely To This Computer".
