The Medieval party is really starting to become popular and you can take these two medieval party games to get the guests really involved at your next event.
Take a look and don't forget the party supplies.
Who am I? This is a common game, but you can easily gear it towards the medieval party games theme.
Pick a player to be it and send him or her out of the medieval party games area.
Gather the rest of the party goers together and have them decide on what person from the Medieval period the 'it' person is going to be.
For example you can choose to make the it person, "Geoffrey Chaucer".
When the it person is called back into the Medieval party games area, he or she will get to ask each person at the party one question about themselves.
It must be in the form of a yes or no question, such as 'Was I a famous writer?' which in Chaucer's case was true so the answer would be 'yes' or 'yea'.
At the end of the questioning the it person must try to guess who he or she is from the Medieval period.
Pass the Parcel: For this medieval party game you'll need music, a good prize and several bags or socks.
Have everyone at the medieval party stand in a circle.
Be sure you've placed the medieval prize in one bag and place that bag into another and another until you have many layers for the games.
The bigger your party's group the more layers you are going to need to make it fun.
Start some peppy Medieval party games music and have them begin passing the parcel around the group.
If you happen to have a live band on hand all the better.
When you stop the music the person holding the parcel gets to take off a layer from it.
Start the music up again and have players pass the parcel around until you stop it.
Keep this pattern up until the last layer is removed by the lucky winner of the parcel at the medieval party games.
When you bring out these two medieval party games at your next ancient themed party you'll have an easy time entertaining the guests.
Plus they can be modified for large groups or small ones.
