I'm sure everybody can see where I went to bed right that's Gary that two things standout at people when I was exercising and when I went to sleep because there's a significant reduction from just laying there wide-awake to being incomplete see but think I wanton go to the bathroom here I am okay the blue line is my RQ so are key remember so redline is derived from view to VCU to that tells you how much energy I'm requiring to do an activity the blue line tells you where I got that energy from and member that number normally varies between the two green bars your point seven and one now it turns out that under extreme stress someone eating a normal standard American diet can get to an arc you above one meaning you can actually produce moreco2 than you consume arm oxygen and it's very rare to get the low point six the first thing you would really notice here if you notice nothing else I would say the following my RQ is just dramatically depressed so I never get that high and I typically dip below.7 so somehow I'm just producing less co2for 02 consumed and or consuming less 02 then than one might expect so I just dive in to show you a couple them really quickly arm so during sleep a couple things jump out.
