The gas dryers can be a bit tricky to have installed as you need to have it properly installed by a qualified plumber, this is by law there are no exceptions.
Condenser dryers are very handy because you can just connect it up to a vent in an external wall but if you do not already have a hole you will need to get a builder to insert one for you.
The vented dryers are good apart from you need to always open a window for the pipe when ever you need to dry clothes so this can effect your heating bills during the winter months.
