Is There Any Natural Remedy for Asthma
Asthma is a chronic lung disease in which patient has difficulty in breathing. The flow of air in and out is obstructed due to obstruction of lung airways called as bronchi. These bronchi further divides into smaller airway called as bronchioles. These bronchioles may get obstructed by tightening of muscles, irritation or swelling in the airways, and accumulation of mucous thereby resulting in asthma
Causative factors of asthma are allergy, air pollution, respiratory infections, certain medications and Sulfites in food. Some of the symptoms of Asthma are coughing, wheezing, and shortness of breath and chest tightness.

Garlic:
Garlic can be used to treat asthma. Take 1 inch of ginger, cut into small pieces, add it into boiling water and allow solution to cool at room temperature and then drink. Otherwise you can add 4-5 cloves of garlic in tea and drink it.
Coffee:
It has been confirmed by various research that drinking coffee regularly can prevent attacks of asthma. It contains Caffeine which has bronchodilator effects e.g. it dilates bronchi and improves respiration. You can drink 3 cups per day.
Onions:
