This type of diet can be hard to sustain if you do not know how to spread your meals out throughout the day.
Just as well, you will soon learn that certain foods tend to fill you up much faster (you should stay away from these) when compared to others that have the same carb content.

If your goal is to gain muscle, you should certainly keep your cardio at a minimum for the time being.
