How to Catch Rayquaza on Pokemon: Ruby Version
- 1). Defeat the Elite Four and the Pokemon League Champion. Fly to Pacifidlog Town and surf east while hugging the north edge.
- 2). Enter the small gap in the rocks and follow the path to reach a small island with a cliff. Go through the hole in the cliff, go through the cave and then enter the Sky Pillar.
- 3). Ascend the stairs on the back wall. Equip the Mach Bike and maneuver across the path without stopping or slowing down. Ascend the stairs at the end of the path.
- 4). Maneuver around the corners with the Mach Bike and stop on either of the two middle cracks to fall through the floor. Follow the path north, ascending the stairs as necessary to reach the roof.
- 5). Save the game and engage Rayquaza in battle. Lower its HP into the red zone, inflict it with a status condition, and throw Ultra Balls or Timer Balls until it is caught.
