How to Lose Weight and Gain Six Pack Abs
Many people are hitting the gyms all over the world right now working on shaping their abs into the flat six pack we all dream of having.
Unfortunately, a good percentage of those people will end up failing at their goal because they will go about it the wrong way.
Whats worse is that a lot of them will waste not only their time, but their money as well.
We have all seen the gimmicky promos promising us we can lose 20 pounds in two minutes Sure thats possible, if you have the metabolism of superman! This may sound pretty bizarre to most of you, but if you want to succeed at reaching your goal of six pack abs, the answer is not to us ab workouts to do so.
Using ab workouts exclusively will not lead you to having a six pack.
The only way to get those abs to show is to lose the belly fat! What many people don't realize is that you probably already have a nice looking six pack hiding under that layer of flubber, and once you lose the weight, those abs will then come to light.
But now that you know you already have abs is still not going to make the work to get six pack abs any easier.
In fact, to really see those abs you will have to get your complete body percentage down to about 10% for men and 17% for women.
In order to get your body percentage down where you need it you will have to find a regular workout regimen where you are working the main parts of your body rather than the small specific parts like your abs.
Find some workouts that will literally work out your entire body.
Start out with some workouts like lunges and squats, body rows, step-ups, and push ups are also good.
You might have also been told to use cardio training to lose the weight as well.
You wont need to! I say skip the cardio for fat loss and go straight to more intense workouts like wind sprints, swimming sprints, and jump rope.
This is going to get your metabolism going much quicker than any cardio training ever will.
The other piece of the fat loss formula is your diet.
This is where many people fail.
You have got to create a set mentality where you are going to change the way you eat for good.
That means no part time diet just to lost the weight like the gimmicks suggest.
You'll be right back to square one 90 days after you get off the diet.
Eat healthy for life!
