People don't need any reason to hate others, as there are also no other reasons needed to love others.
It'ssolely a tricky manipulation of mind's perceptions and conceptions...
Human born with brain, taught to think logically since they were born, no other relevant argument except logically accepted standard in the so called planet "earth".
If you behave "beyond" standard or below standard, you can be either considered "stupid", "idiot" or reversely "brilliant", worst even you might be labeled as: "crazy guy"! Silly to discuss things like that, but have you ever heard about Albert Einstein, the most brilliant scientist in our mankind history? He was labeled by his teacher: "IQ below average at school!", hence, plenty of years later he became the most remarkable scientist ever exist in our history.
So, the human history somehow has taught us unwritten rules of thinking: "Set your mind free, as it will brings you to the unexplored space of knowledge and wisdom beyond recognition, no one ever can dictate or controlthe way you think, the way you feel or the way you behave, only thee shall be the master of your own thinking..
" Some people, truly has a ridiculous logical thinking patterns, as what the public called it as beyond or below average patterns.
These group of people might be truly: "Not Objective Patterns Group".
Some are thinking in their own will, despite what others present as logic flow of thinking.
Some others are acting primarily on their own desire, ignoring what others have said or warned them.
For this groups we might want to label themas the "Uncooperative Logic Group".
But, once more, each of these two groups has their own distinctiveness and behavioral patterns.
They all are "Not Objective" and "Uncooperative".
The individual coexist in this group might be called as "Behavioral Extinction", if you try to guard them to think on a certain logic patterns, they will resist and confront directly against you.
How many are they exist in nowadays society? Many, as observation carry out in Three different institutional and organization, these Uncooperative Logic and Not Objective Group do exist and are more than 5% of the total personnel in each different institution.
So, what are the characteristic of Not Objective Patterns Group? oTheir thinking base on their own subjective value and judgement, barely/rarely or never want to have input from their colleagues or coworkers.
oThey love to perform, yet likely to cease others' talents or performance, they need the world ruled by his/her words solely.
oThey need more powers, just to feed up their own emotional desires.
And what about Uncooperative Patterns Group? oTheir thinking pattern usually "uncooperative" to others, do not want to carry on the request of others, only believe in their own subjective judgement and decisions.
oThey're full of hate, it seems that one small mistake is big enough to curse you for your whole damn life, never want to receive / hear any excuses from others as they feel more superior or greater or talented than others, hence ironically, if they commit the same mistakes, they'll never admit any condemnation towards their own false.
These kind of thinking patterns and traits have exist for as long as human history, if you would really seek for an answer: what starts a malicious war? What causes a miserable live? What triggers an irrelevant arguments? What causes a mother murdered by her own son? What triggers a GLOBAL WARMING ?!! And so on...
If this uncooperative and not-objective thinking do not exist, what else could that be? As human behave based on their thinking patterns, the patterns decide their behavioral and actions! Actions are only the results of thinking patterns carry out in their physical means, no crime would able to materialize if the idea within the thinking remain in their abstract forms.
The results, as I want to emphasize once more, are the ACTIONS that have created so many disasters for human kind and entire planet earth as a whole.

My parents used to tell me that in 1976, the Borneo island daily temperature at most was between 25-28 degree Celsius.
And now, the world temperature on the same tropical island is rising to 30-34 degree Celsius.
If we are still going to live on the planet Earth, or if there is no other planet we can go for living, what causes so much pros and cons for the implementation of "Green Earth" ? What causes so much disaster of Tornado and Tsunami? Why some countries never believe on "Green Earth" implementation? Some media even reported an extreme rise of summer temperature in some parts of United States and India that causing demise of human being!!! Believe it? You should, for your own sake!!! The recent report on protected forest in Borneo island - the Lung of Earth is indicating that illegal logging activities has seriously damaging the rain forest! According to one of the local source, there are possibilities of desert forming in the destructed forest area!! Anyway, writing so long, so talk a tiff, who really cares? Who should cares on this serious issue? The Scientist? The Government? The Green Peace Activists? What worth all their efforts if we, the people who live on this planet Earth always ignore their monition? So what the shits am I talking about?!! If I am 50 years old by now, than 50 years later won't be my problems right? Who cares the world upside down, as I will not exist any more by that time? Correct!!! That's the point.
So go out there and ruin your planet! Do as you want, who know when you reach 78 there will appear a new technology that can maintain your life till 150.
Than, by that time, all your enjoyment will disappear, as Earth is a living hell or perhaps a living ice age!!!! Hahaha...
