There is one tool that you can begin to use in your own life that will allow you to realistically stay focused on your goal with success.
As you begin this process see yourself already having accomplished this goal.
This is key, think from the end is a universal principle that is used to accomplish goals faster and quicker.
Step 1 Write it out.
The moment you put what you want to accomplish written out on paper, is the exact moment it all begins.
What is it you are aiming for? Clearly write this out and be honest with yourself as to how you will go about taking tangible actions towards achieving this.
Writing something out is what sets the goal in motion.
This step is key and shouldn't be overlooked.
Step 2 Write out daily action steps.
As you begin to write out these action steps be real if you can accomplish this or not.
Only you would really know if you have what it takes, so make the action steps easy for you to get done.
After you have it all written out, take action! Follow your plan, and rework it if need be, but stay consistent.
Daily actions steps take discipline and work, but in the discipline and you will move in the right direction.
Step 3 Congratulate yourself.
As you complete each small achievement.
It is important to give yourself a reward.
Make sure to always do something nice for yourself when you have completed something you set out to do.
This acts as a positive reinforcement to continue on.
