Instructions on Installing the Backseat in a Jeep Wrangler Sahara

    • 1). Open the rear hatch and door of the Jeep. Locate the two black tabs next the the wheel well that have a hole on the tops. These tabs with holes are where the Jeep seat mounts

    • 2). Locate the two sets of seatpins on the sides of the rear seat. Identify the one with the cotter pin on it. This set of seatpins are the ones that will be inserted in the hole on the black tab in the Jeep. Remove the cotter pin from one of the seatpins.

    • 3). Place the seat into Jeep through the back. Insert the seatpin that lacks the cotter pin into the tab first. Then put the other seatpin through the hole on the opposite side, being careful to prevent the first from falling out of the tab. Replace the cotter pin on the seatpin to hold the seat in place.
