Would You Date an Older Girl?
Others immediately start to dish out cogent reasons why doing so may not be a brilliant idea.
Let us first consider some reasons they produce, before my reasons for answering 'yes'.
The Age Barrier: True, people of the same age tend to understand each other better.
What is familiar to the one is usually familiar to the other, and what is strange to the other is usually strange to the one.
To illustrate; a woman who grew up in the 70's may not see the humor in her man buying her g-strings or bikinis (they probably were not invented then).
On the other hand, a younger man will probably think it perfectly normal, sexy, and a way showing how much he loves and admires her.
But then, do you not think the above example can very easily be resolved, as long as the lines of communication are open? And what woman does not like to be sexy?! The Ego Barrier: It is true that an older girl may be a bossy girl.
This is probably an adverse effect of today's woman's growing independence.
Without realizing it, she may put a 'dispensable' tag on every man that comes her way.
Again, communication should easily avert this great danger.
Plainly telling her that you do not like her manner should do it, especially as she does not want to lose all that special treatment you accord to her.
That said, lets get to the good part! More Care and Attention: Everybody loves to get love and attention.
That is good news because without a shade of doubt, older girls pack more care in them per ounce than their younger counterparts.
This is especially so as (in most cases) they only each have one man occupying their minds-you.
More Maturity: Has it ever occurred that you ran out of ideas about something and then asked your girlfriend only to find out that she either had an empty head or was too busy worrying about the latest designer jeans, or bags, or shoes? Well, get a mature girl and you've got yourself an improved variety of women.
Bye bye to naivety and inconsistent ramblings, plus, fewer quarrels since she knows better than picking a fight over every mistake you make.
Finally, it may be a matter of choice, or it may be destiny.
Some guys just keep running into older girls no matter how much they try to avoid it.
In any case, we only have one life to live-and it is too short to spend worrying about opinions!
