Disgusting Things Which Can Happen to Your Rug

My biggest nightmare for something that can happen at home is to stain my carpet with a really disgusting substance. I know how much I've paid for it and how long I've worked, so that I can afford it, and it is really precious to me. Not every stain is disgusting, but there are some which are really terrible, scary, and repelling. They are hard to clean, their smell is sickening, they can't even be looked at. Today I will share a list of some of the most disgusting things that can happen to your soft flooring.

One of the most disgusting things to stain your carpet with is dog or cat poop. It can happen to you even if you don't have a cat or a dog. You might wonder how? Well, you go outside for a walk in the park, step on faeces and don't spot that. You get back home and enter your house with your shoes. The poop spreads everywhere on your soft and hard floorings. This is the time to say, that I don't walk inside my house with shoes for this particular reason. After staining your carpet, you start wondering how to remove all the disgusting and stinky discolourations. And you have the right to wonder, because it is really disgusting to remove faeces stains from your rugs. To be honest, this has never happened to me because I'm extremely cautious, but if it somehow happens, I will probably hire a professional carpet cleaning company to remove the spots.

Something else repelling are vomit stains. They can be a real menace, especially if you let them soak deep into the fibres of your flooring. These stains are more disgusting than the spots from faeces. They also stink, they are very stubborn, but they look uglier because of the food bits and stomach juices. It is really unpleasant to remove vomited food bits from between your carpet fibres and to try to blot out stomach juices. There is a big possibility to vomit yourself while cleaning these stains. That is why it is more reasonable to hire professional cleaners again because they have special equipment and detergents and will solve the problem fast and easy.

Chewing gum stains are also quite unpleasant, especially if you don't treat them properly and on time, and let them stick to many of your carpet's fibres. You can bring them from outside, like you bring in faeces, so this is another reason not to walk in your house with your shoes on. To remove chewing gum from a carpet you need a brown paper shopping bag and an iron. Put the bag over the gum, press it and iron with a priorly heated appliance. This method is used for candle wax removal, but it works quite well on chewing gum stains, too. Don't trust the method with the ice cubes, because it takes a lot of time and might result in a damaged carpet.

All of the above problems are quite disgusting and terrifying to deal with. These are also quite stubborn stains. That is why it is better to leave them to the professionals. Whenever any of the above happens, hire some professional carpet cleaner from Canary Wharf and leave the job to him.
