How to Build a Projector Screen
- 1). Cut two of the wood boards to 55 1/4 inches and the other two to 93 1/2 inches. Cut the ends of each board to a 45-degree angle. These pieces will become the frame.
- 2). Hold the frame sections together. Use one L-bracket at each corner, and connect them to the wood with six screws using the holes in the L-brackets.
- 3). Roll out the seamless paper, and lay it over the frame. Staple the end of the paper into place along the frame.
- 4). Maintain tension on the paper to pull out any creases or wrinkles, and staple it along the edges of the frame. Use one staple every 6 to 9 inches.
