How to Use the Startec CellConnect Service From Overseas
- 1). Sign up for Prepaid CellConnect service through Startec. You can sign up on their website (see Resources) or you can call their toll-free customer service number to set up the service. You will need a credit or debit card to pay for the service.
- 2). Dial the toll-free access number (1-888-204-1817) after service has been activated. There are also several local access numbers for each area of the globe and country that you can dial if desired. These access numbers can be found on their website or provided upon calling the general toll-free access number.
- 3). Dial the destination number, which should be a country code, followed by a local number. If dialing the U.S., you will need to dial the country code, the area code, then the local number.
- 4). Press "Send" and your call should connect. There are no PINs to remember. The only numbers you need are the number you are calling and the access number to be able to make the phone call.
