On-line Dating is so popular now days.  As soon as you feel ready you can ask the other person if they fancy meeting up. Although it is important to get to know each other on line first, you don't want to ask them every single question and know everything about them as you will have less to talk about on the first meeting.

Here are a few rules to go by:

1. Only meet if you feel you are ready to

2. Never invite them to your place or even suggest it.  Arrange to meet somewhere public on the first date (If the date goes really well you will then have plenty of opportunity in the future to go there but not just now)

3. I would suggest making the first date just a coffee date for an hour.  If you like each other you can arrange a proper date later.  If you meet someone for a whole evening and don't like them you will feel let down and be turned off of meeting anymore people on line.  If you meet for a coffee and don't like them you have only lost an hour which is not a whole evening.  (Of course there is a possibility to stay longer if you both want to but you also have a get out card!)

4. Do not go to the bathroom and leave your bag behind. Make sure you have a phone with you and make sure someone knows about the meeting go without saying.

Date 2. 
The more exciting the date the more the interesting you seem.  It is as simple as that.  Try not to suggest going for a drink.  If you are a guy suggest a comedy show, trying out that new restaurant were they cook the food in front of you or ice skating.  You can always go for drinks after but the adventure will give you more to talk about during the date and add to the date.  You can also chat later about the fun time you went ice skating and fell over etc
