I'm tired of people being comfortable with being overweight just because they're happily married.
They accept their fate just because they don't need to impress anyone anymore.
They stop caring because they're content and happy? Well it's more than just looks! Weight problems are often the cause of things like heart diseases, strokes, as well as cancer.
Let's impress our spouse.
Let's get them to look at you with that look again.

Do something and control your own fate.
First, you need water.
Go get a glass of it right now.

Okay, now that you have your water.
Start drinking.
You're officially losing weight.
Good job! The more water you drink, the more weight you lose.
It's that simple.
There's no other liquid in the world that works like that.
So simply put, drink up and feel better.
You'll lose weight and yes, feel far better.
The effects of drinking more water and less pop are felt very very quickly.
Learn to enjoy it.
But no worries, once your body gets used to it, water starts to taste great.
Second, eat more meals! A lot of people assume that eating less meals will let them control their appetite better.
While that might be true, it's also punishing their dieting efforts.
By eating more meals, not only does it feel less like a diet, making it easier to stick to, you're also putting your metabolism into overdrive.
It's a truly great thing for anyone on a diet.
So start eating 5-6 meals per day.
Mind you NOT more food, just more meals.
Split your normal meals in half if you need to.
