Guess what? You don't have a whole lot of time until Summer gets here.
You know what Summer means don't you? It means people showing off their beautiful bodies everywhere.
You don't want to go another Summer without a beach body do you? You don't have to if you follow these tips.
I'd like to share with you a few of my favorite tips you can use starting today to have a great body by the time Summer rolls around.
Exercise Tip #1- The first tip that is guaranteed to get you results might sound as a shock to you.
The most important tip I can think of is to get organized.
I am sure this is a surprise to you but let me explain.
I am sure you know that you're going to have to eat healthy and exercise if you ever want a great body.
It can be really overwhelming if you're just starting from scratch.
This is why every Monday I follow the same plan to help me.
I plan out all of the meals I am going to eat for the week.
I then go and buy all of the food.
Sometimes I'll even cook the food beforehand.
Then I'll write down when I am going to exercise.
Exercise Tip #2- This next tip I am going to share with you is another surprise.
You have to ask yourself if you're willing to pay the price that comes with having a nice body.
You can plan and dream all you want, but until you take action you won't get results.
Until you go buy that healthy food at the grocery store you won't see results.
Until you workout for 30 minutes each day you're not going to see your abs.
Are you willing to do all of this? Please say Yes! Exercise Tip #3- The last tip is to keep track of your success.
You can do this a number of ways but let me share what works best for me.
I like to create what I call a Diet & Exercise Journal.
In this journal keep track of what you food you eat and the amount of calories the food contains.
Then write down the amount of exercise you do and for how long.
Then once a week I like to write down how much I weigh, even taking pictures some of the time.
