MLM Leads – Monetizing Your Leads

There is no doubt that MLM Success is driven by your ability to generate MLM leads. Obviously to really grow your business you need to use those MLM leads to maximize your profitability. The mistake that most people make is that they do not generate maximum revenue from each MLM lead they generate.

If you are generating MLM leads to feed your MLM business, it's essential that you focus on more than just recruiting those people for your group. Of the hundreds and thousands of MLM leads you generate, only a small percentage will be ready, willing and able to join your MLM business today. The rest will have some reason why they are not interested at this time.

The important things for you to realize is that all of your MLM leads and prospects are responding to your advertising. At that moment in time they are at least somewhat interested in what you were offering through your advertising. Many people advertise their network marketing opportunity directly. This generally leads to less leads as you will only receive responses from people actively looking to join an MLM or recruit you into theirs. I generally advertise a secondary product like MLM training courses or mentoring. This allows me to generate a much larger group of leads since there will be so many more people potentially interested in those things.

You need to ensure that you have several complementary products or services to offer to the MLM leads you are generating. This will allow you to better fund your advertising activities. I'm not suggesting that you blast your contact list with every offer under the sun but by offering a few targeted, quality products you can enhance your revenue as well as become more recognized and respected by your contact list members.

For example you can offer an online MLM Training course, a video tutorial series, an Autoresponder, a contact manager or a secondary online MLM program with a low cost of enrollment. I'm not suggesting that you develop all of this yourself. You can simply become a partner or affiliate and promote programs that you feel would benefit the people on your MLM lead list. You should never lost sight of the fact that while your primary MLM business is your main focus, you can provide some income support by adding the right mix of complementary products to what you are offering to your MLM leads.

There are several criteria you should use when selecting products, services or programs to offer to the new MLM leads you are generating. They should always be things you have used or reviewed and must provide good value to someone trying to build an MLM or online business. Nothing will have a greater impact on your reputation that the quality of what you offer to your prospects.

By taking steps to fund your advertising activities you can quickly earn enough money from these secondary sources to cover your advertising costs. Once you have achieved this, you are basically getting free leads for your business.
