How to Refill a Brother LC61 Starter Cartridge
- 1). Prepare the workplace by placing a paper towel on a flat surface, such as a table.
- 2). Take a thumb drill and drill a tiny hole on the top of the Brother LC61 starter cartridge.
- 3). Fill the syringe from the refill kit with ink. The cartridge's capacity is limited to 12 ml, so make sure you leave some room while refilling to avoid a spill.
- 4). Insert the needle of the syringe into the tiny hole you drilled on top of the cartridge. Inject the ink very slowly until you fill the cartridge.
- 5). Seal the hole you drilled in the cartridge using a set screw.
- 6). Put the cartridge back inside the printer and run a few cleaning cycles.
