Build More Muscle With Less Time in the Gym

So many people train now very hard to get more muscle but in fact the harder they train the slimmer the chance to get more muscle.
We'll explain this shortly.
You know about that saying that says that it's better to have more? You might as well forget about that since it doesn't really apply to bodybuilding.
You can just go into the Gym day after day after day and just pumping up muscles into your body.
It doesn't work like that.
Once you stimulate your body it needs between three and seven days to get back in shape.
When I say between three and seven I mean you need those days just to recover.
You need another few days to so your body can go beyond the former phase, getting stronger than it was before.
Studies have proven that your body muscles keep gaining extra strength even after 3 weeks.
Just going to the gym and lifting weights doesn't grow the muscles on their own.
They need time to rest for some time, recover and get extra strength.
If you interfere in this process, the end result can be a decrease in the gains you will see when building muscles.
Another important thing to remember is the nervous system, which takes a longer time to get back into shape after a workout that is intensive.
Your CNS need between one and two weeks to recover, and this happens even when you work on different types of muscles.
So your CNS need a long period in order for it to recover or you`ll get tired, agitated or you won`t be able to sleep, which are just a few symptoms of over training your CNS.
You can see now why it doesn't work when you train three or four times a week? Many people still think they don`t train enough and thus they train even harder and might increase the training to five or six sessions per week leading themselves to over training.
You must remember this: the gains in strength and size of your muscles depend a lot on the recovery process, so the recovery is important if you want optimal gains.
A good recovery of psychological and physical stresses will make you feel better and at the same time gain your desired muscles.
If you need your muscles to gain both strength and size I recommend to train your muscles only 1 day every week.
In order to prevent over training the CNS it`s recommended to use just one or two workouts to train all the muscles each week.
If you train more than that, it can lead to over training of the CNS.
This a very good workout which you can perform once every week.
Even if it`s hard to understand, keep in mind that less training will provide faster results.
