If you are having ocular migraine symptoms, then you cannot need a medication for it.
It is called by many names such as eye, visual, silent, optical, ocular, ophthamlic, migraine aura without headache and typical migraine aura without headache.
The migraine name does not mean that the patients will experience a headache pain.
Patients of this migraine pass through these migraine symptoms without knowing it was a migraine form.
Ocular headache affects only one eye.
There are many symptoms of the ocular migraine such as:

• Flickering lights that interfere with the ability of vision
• Temporary eye blindness.
  It is just a spot out the eyes, in the center and the peripheral side
• Blurred vision
• Temporary blindness
• Zigzag lines

Ocular migraine might be accompanied by a pain ( headache ) but this is a very rare condition.
There are many physical symptoms of the ocular migraine such as fatigue, heightened sounds, vomiting, light sensitivity and nausea.
Why does this migraine occur? The attacks of this migraine have two parts: the brain visual functions center and the eye itself because of the spasm of the blood vessels behind the eye stem.
People who are more susceptible to have this migraine are the following:

• Possibly, men and ladies under 40 ages
• Ladies in general.
  Physicians have shown that more females suffer from this migraine than males.
  
• A person who has a medical history of one of the following ailments: epilepsy, depression, migraine and sickle blood cells disease ( it is a genetic disease of the RBCs ( red blood cells ) that gives abnormal structure of the RBCs and prevent them from passing through the body vessels.
  

There are many common triggers of the ocular migraine such as:

• Mono sodium glutamate foods ( MSG foods )
• Stress
• Salty foods
• Chesses
• Chocolates
• Caffeine
