Mix and Match Exercise Routines For Better Success

103 18
The idea of mix and matching exercise routines came from looking at myself and how I exercise.
I exercise on a regular basis, but I have not started seeing results till the past few months.
I can not say that I exercise every day and eat super healthy.
I do try to do so on a regular basis.
Losing weight should be fun and so should staying healthy.
It should not be about following strict diets and doing exercise routines that start getting boring after too much repetition.
We need to mix and match our exercise routines.
Doing this removes boredom and also helps our bodies to not get accustomed to our routines.
Following strict diets just turns ourselves into robots and life just does not get fun any more.
Imagine this scenario, you are at a party and you see mountains of food and drink.
You see burgers, chips, steaks, potatoes etc...
Every one is happy munching away at the food and you are still walking around the food deciding what to eat.
The decisions are hard and you limit yourself to a few slices of bread and some salad.
This party is not going to be as fun with you eating like this.
Do we really have to put ourselves through such strict diets just to stay healthy? The answer is No.
We should be able to eat lots of different types of foods but just in moderation.
If we do eat a burger or chips, we just have to ensure that our exercising routines are able to burn off all the calories.
I believe that mix and matching allows our bodies to not get accustomed to the same body movements and patterns.
This confuses muscles and our bodies and make them work harder.
Repetition causes our bodies to get lazy and we do not see the full potential of the work out if was totally different every day.
By confusing our bodies and using different exercising techniques and routines our entire bodies get a much better workout.
We should do a variety of activities during the week, such as skipping rope, swimming, dancing, running, walking, sit ups, push ups etc...
Get our bodies moving today and try mix and matching our exercise routines.
