Go to Microsoft.com and click on "Support" in the search bar type "windows installer for vista 64." This will bring up the current version for download. Once installed, you will need to take the following actions before installing the current version of Trend Micro AntiVirus. Click "Start," then select "Search." In the search box type "msiexec /unreg" (make sure there is a 'SPACE' between msiexec and /unreg), chick "ok." When the process stops, click "Start," then select "Search." In the Search Box type "msiexec /regserver" (remember to be sure that there is a "SPACE" between msiexec and /regserver).
  
  

Vista Upgrade

• When upgrading to Microsoft Vista, you may run into issues re-installing Trend Micro AntiVirus. This issue is because the Trend Micro software is flagging multiple installs. When you see the "Transfer Protection From Another Computer" screen appear, click the username of the computer you are reinstalling the software on. In step 2 on the screen, type a new username; do not use the same one. Confirm your choice and click "Finish." Now your Trend Micro AntiVirus should install with ease.
