Instructions for the Intex Easy Set Pool
- 1). Set the Intex Easy Set pool on a flat, level area. Select an area where the ground is compacted and firm and there are no branches, stones or other sharp objects..
- 2). Spread the ground cloth over the area. Spread the liner over the ground cloth with the drain valve directed toward the draining area, away from your home. Spread out the sides and smooth out the pool floor so it lies flat.
- 3). Inflate the top right with the manual air pump until it's fully inflated.
- 4). Insert the included black plugs into the black filter pump outlets if your Intex Easy set pool has hose connectors and no filter pump. Insert the plugs from the inside of the pool. If your Intex Easy Set pool has a filter, read and follow the instructions included with your filter pump. Screw the drain cap on the outside of the pool on tightly.
- 5). Fill the pool with about 1 inch of water from a garden hose and check to see if the water appears level. If the pool is not level, drain the pool and level the area before refilling the pool.
- 6). Push out from the inside of the pool where the pool floor and sides meet to smooth out the liner wrinkles.
- 7). Fill the pool with water until it reaches the bottom of the inflatable ring.
- 8). Test the pool water's pH level, and apply chemicals to remove algae and other matter. Contact your local pool dealer or a pool professional for testing procedures and chemical application; guidelines will vary with the particular products you use and by the region you live in.
