I used to work as a secretary for a small firm.
And part of my job is to look pleasing to the clients as well as my co-employees.
That is why I usually put on some make up that would enhance my facial assets.
Probably because of the stressful work and make up, my skin accumulated all those dirt and grime.
Eventually, my face had pimples, blackheads, and all sorts of acne that you can imagine.
Of course, I tried everything to make these zits disappear.
Unfortunately, nothing worked.
I had spent hundreds of dollars for various products that didn't give a positive result on my skin.
A co-employee shared me this particular magazine, thought it might help.
From there, I read that sweating off or getting an exercise will help improve my skin condition.
When people do some physical activities that would cause them to sweat, the body will release all the acne-causing toxins through perspiration.
The next day, I tried to jog around the neighborhood since the gym is too far from where I live.
I also started walking my neighbor's dog during the weekends.
Sweating actually made me felt great so I craved for more.
I started watching exercise videos so that I can do some after work.
After a few weeks, I noticed that my body was toned.
But what's more surprising is that my pimples were gone! I also got a radiant skin that became the envy of all my friends.
It really is true that exercise helps a lot in improving one's appearance.
