How to Scan Multiple Pictures on an HP ScanJet G4010
- 1). Open the scanner's lid to expose the scanning glass underneath. Place the pictures you want to scan face-down on the glass, making sure to leave at least a quarter of an inch in between each picture.
- 2). Arrange the pictures to be sure no portion of any of the pictures is hanging off the glass plane. Remove any pictures that do not fit entirely on the glass so you can scan them next.
- 3). Close the scanner's lid slowly, making sure to not disturb the photos on the scanning glass. Press the "Scan" button on the scanner's lid.
- 4). Click the "Picture" option in the window that comes up on the computers screen. Click on the box next to "Scan Originals From Glass" then click the "Scan" button.
- 5). Remove the pictures from the scanning glass once the scanner has finished. Click the "Done" button on the screen if you do not want to scan more pictures.
