• 1). Open your web browser, and navigate to the "I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker" page, or visit you local USCIS facility.
  
  
• 2). Download forms "I-140" and "Instructions for Form I-140." Complete the form in accordance with the guidelines provided in the instruction booklet.
  
  
• 3). Place the form and a check for the filing fee in the amount of $580 into the envelope, and mail the parcel to the USCIS Dallas Lockbox located at: USCIS; P.O. Box 660867; Dallas, TX 75266.
