Every one has heard "Drinking juice is good for you".
We all know that Juice = Healthy but have any of us every looked at the ingredients listed on the bottle of Juice we have been drinking? The last time I looked at the listed ingredients there were words I could not even say much less try to spell.
I like to think of my self as a pretty smart guy but It took a serious health issue in my life to get me to start really looking at ingredient lists.
Once I started looking into things I discovered raw fruits and vegetables are better for you than cooked fruits and vegetables.
