How to Remove Permanent Marker From My Table
- 1). Spray the permanent ink stain on your table with hair spray. This helps prevent it from settling into the surface.
- 2). Cover the permanent marker stain with toothpaste. Allow the toothpaste to stay on the mark for 10 minutes.
- 3). Use a damp cloth to wipe the toothpaste from the surface of the table.
- 4). If you still see a stain, pour several drops of rubbing alcohol directly onto the remaining mark. Allow the alcohol to sit for five minutes.
- 5). Wipe the surface with the damp cloth, and the permanent marker stain should no longer be on your table. If any stain remains, repeat these steps.
