Why You Should Avoid Antibiotics For Treating Candida

This article will discuss about Diflucan, antibiotics that is used to treat candida or yeast infection.
This subject is based on the email I received from a friend.
She said that her new general practitioner had just given her one diflucan capsule and assured her that it will wipe all her candida out, and told her to have a bowl of yogurt after it.
She wants to know whether I have ever tried it before and whether anyone else has had anything resembling die-off after taking one diflucan.
She said that her general practitioner was so nice about the whole candida situation, even encouraging about the herbal/homeopathic treatments that she's using and the diet.
The GP recommended some books, raved about the amount of info on the internet, and she's got a diagnosis of candida down in her medical notes, finally.
Her GP told her to go gluten-free, as well.
Reading the above situation, another friend of mine had some experience with Diflucan.
She took one Diflucan and it helped for about a week.
Then the yeast came back even stronger.
Then she got a prescription for a week.
That knocked the yeast out for almost a month.
Then it returned again.
Then she got another prescription for two weeks.
Around that time she did a Great Smokies CDSA with yeast culture and she found out that her yeast is resistant to Diflucan.
Although there is a lot of information on the internet, her advice is not to take the single Diflucan pill because much candida has become resistant to Diflucan and longer duration and higher doses are now necessary.
