Eat According to Your Temper
You had many diets, but for too little results? Your own temper may be the answer to the question: "why didn't my diet work?" Your lifestyle rhythm is unique, and needs a different alimentation.
Hippocrates was the first to classify people by their tempers: choleric, melancholic, sanguine and phlegmatic.
The ancient Greeks were the first to establish a connection between the temper and the food.
Unfortunately, people forgot this with the years, and no one used it in a long time.
And yet, for losing pounds, the tempers diet will help you! Sanguine They never manage to keep a strict diet, being huge cravers.
Diet: -vegetarian diet; -vegetarian diet, with raw and stewed vegetables, alternately; -chicken or fish meat; -soups; -fat gets them flask; -sodas and even bear will give them digestive discomfort; -wine and juice, in limited quantity, would comfort them; -fruit cakes, occasionally; -must avoid excessive salty foods and strong drinks! Ideal breakfast: boiled eggs with toast or yoghurt and cereals.
Risk: they are predisposed to sweets excess, which may lead to obesity.
Good for them: green beans, rice and eggs, chrome, cabbage, quince, grapes, hepatic tea.
