So, how long does it take to get a six pack? Well I have a few tips for you that guarantee you will get a lean midsection in the shortest amount of time possible and they are: 1.
You should only be going to the gym 4 times a week at the most because your muscles only grow when you are out of the gym.
People make the mistake of thinking the more you go to the gym the bigger and more ripped you will become but this is not the case.
Focus on heavy movements like dead lifts, squats, bench press, chin ups, barbell curls, military press and dips because they will help to burn fat very fast.

You do not have to diet to get lean abdominals in fact you should be eating 6 meals a day roughly 2 to 3 hours apart.
Focus on lots of protein because it will help you burn fat and put on muscle faster so eating a lot of chicken breast, tuna, whey protein, whole eggs and salmon is perfect for getting lean fast.
