Staying healthy is a daily task that most people just shove to the bottom of their to-do list.
However, to stay fit and energetic, you must support your body.
Would you not eat one day, just because you didn't have any time? Various things contribute to our health, or lack of.
~ Poor Diet ~ Little to No Water ~ Lack of Exercise ~ Depleted nutrients and supplements As a result, your immune system is weak and sickly.
You body has various functions that must be supported.
One major process is your cells.
Your cells require glyconutrients to communicate.
When you cells are able to communicate, your body can repair and defend itself properly.
In other words, when your immune system is strong, your health reflects it.
What Can I Do? Each day, try eating more fresh fruits and vegetables, cut out white breads, white potatoes, etc.
Instead, eat whole grain breads in moderation, etc.
For ideas, look up a Low Glycemic Chart or Index.
Anything low glycemic is good for you, as a general rule.
Drinking plenty of water is vital to your health, because it allows your body to flush toxins and foreign invaders.
When these enemies can be swiftly washed away, your immune system is stronger because it doesn't have to fight these.
Try exercising about thirty to forty-five minutes each day.
If you are out of shape, you will need to work up slowly.
You can run, swim, walk, work out at a gym, etc.
Your body needs various supplements and nutrients on a daily basis.
These help your immune system stay strong and healthy.
Often, you will have to add these supplements to your diet as our food is generally nutrient deprived now.
Whatever you do, don't use synthetic vitamins, supplements, etc.
